Welcome to our website ossland.com (the "Platform"). Using our tools, you can write articles, add photos and videos, and create your own unique magazine. These terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Platform. Please read these Terms carefully.

By using our Platform, you (the "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

The Platform Terms of Use apply to each user of the Service, whether or not they have created a user account on the Site.

In order to use our services, the User must register by creating an account.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account information and for all activities that occur under the User's account.

The User undertakes to inform us immediately of any unauthorised use of the User's account.

You may upload, publish and share content, including articles, photos and videos ("Content").

The User retains all intellectual property rights in the User Content.

By posting Content to the Platform, User grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, share, distribute, modify and display User Content on and off the Platform.

All Users may use the Platform tools within the Platform to create new publications of their own on the Platform. Articles, Charts, Recommendations.

All registered Users can use the Platform tools to create new publications (Articles, Charts, Recommendations) using other Users' publications within the Platform.

Texts may not be copied, you must use the Platform tools to use other Users' publications in your own publications.

The User confirms that he/she has all the necessary rights and consents to upload and share the Content and that such actions do not infringe the rights of third parties.

Our tools are designed to help the User unleash their creativity effortlessly.

The User undertakes to use the Tools in a legal and ethical manner and not to distribute illegal, offensive or otherwise objectionable content.

We care about User privacy. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle User's personal information.

The Platform and its operators are not responsible in any way for User Submissions, including, but not limited to, User Generated Content, photos, videos, comments, articles and other materials ("User Content").

User is solely responsible for all Content that User uploads to the Platform and confirms that User has all necessary rights and consents to upload such Content.

The Platform shall not be liable for any damages, claims or consequences arising out of or in connection with User Content, including but not limited to infringement of intellectual property rights, violation of privacy rights, defamation or any other form of illegal activity.

The Platform is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or validity of User Content, or for any loss or damage arising from the use of or reliance on User Content.

The Platform reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, edit or delete any User Content that is deemed inappropriate or infringing under the Platform's policies, but in no event shall the Platform be liable for any such action or failure to act.

User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Platform and its operators from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to User Content or any violation of the Platform Terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify the User of any changes by posting new Terms on our Platform.

Changes will take effect from the time they are published on the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Regardless of the country in which the User uses our Platform, any dispute, claim or ambiguity arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia. User agrees that the courts of the Republic of Latvia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or proceeding.
